The Distinguished Service to Families Award was given to Muriel Brown, Parent Education Consultant, U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare.
Commendation Award recipients were Clark E. Vincent of Bowman Gray School of Medicine, and to WGHP-TV, High Point, NC.
Clark Vincent received a special Certificate of Appreciation for his manifold contributions to the field of marriage and the family and to NCFR.
The Student Award was given to Ann Marie Williams, Marriage Council of Philadelphia. Runners-up included John Constantine of Brigham Young University, Chaya Piotrowski of the University of Michigan, and Robert Stretch of Purdue University.
