¶ 1 Leave a comment on paragraph 1 0 Linda Malone-Colon, PhD, was appointed by the NCFR Board as Director of the National Healthy Marriage Resource Center, which had been initiated as the result of NCFR’s receipt of the $4.5 million grant from the U.S. Administration of Children and Families under the Department of Health and Human Services. She was based at the NCFR offices in Washington, DC. The research associate who would work with her was Derek Gwinn.
